DARREL MOELLENDORF is an Associate Professor of Philosophy and the Director of the Institute for Ethics and Public Affairs at San Diego State University. His is the author of Cosmopolitan Justice (Westview Press, 2002), as well as several articles and chapters in books. His current research projects include the theory and practice of egalitarian global distributive justice, climate change and justice, and themes of reconciliation, hope, and dignity in South African constitutional jurisprudence.
