DAVID TAFFEL is the managing editor of The Conversationalist, a global news and culture website. He has taught at New England college and worked as a freelance editor and writer. His doctoral dissertation on Nietzsche won the Hans Jonas Memorial Award for Philosophy at the Graduate Faculty of the New School University. His research and writings focus on the contemporary relevance of the perennial themes of art, religion, and philosophy.
