Berger, Alan L.
Alan L. Berger holds the Raddock Eminent Scholar Chair for Holocaust Studies and directs the Center for the Study of Values and Violence after Auschwitz, as well as the Jewish Studies B.A. Program at Florida Atlantic University. With more than eighty articles, essays and book chapters, Berger has lectured on the Holocaust, Jewish literature, and Christian/Jewish relations throughout America, Europe, Australia, South Africa, and Israel. He is on the planning committee of Lessons and Legacies of the Holocaust and is co-director of the Jewish American and Holocaust Literature Conference. Among his books are Children of Job: Second Generation Witnesses to the Holocaust and Jewish American and Holocaust Literature: Representation in the Postmodern World . He is a co-editor of Studies in American Jewish Literature .
