Eckfeldt, Edgar L.

Dr. Edgar L. Eckfeldt was born in Norristown, PA on February 28, 1915. He attended public schools there and in Ambler, PA before going to the University of Pennsylvania where he obtained his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and a PhD in physical chemistry. He became a research scientist in industrial controls industry and has numerous patents and scientific journal publications. Since retiring, he has spent more time cultivating his long interest in art and religion. Through his readings and scholarly research, he has come to believe that Christianity has had a major positive impact on western civilizations and making them what they are today.
