Dr. Frank K. Flinn is Adj. Professor of Religious Studies at Washington University in St. Louis, MO, where he teaches, among other things, courses on the North American Religious Experience, Christianity in the Modern World, and 'Cults' in America.

He recieved his undergraduate degree from Quincy College, a Bachelor of Divinity, magna cum laude, from Harvard Divinity School, and a Ph.D. in Special Religious Studies from St. Michael's College, University of Toronto.

He also serves as an expert in forensic religion, testifying on the legal definition of religion and religious practices here and abroad. Hehas appeared on radio and television around the globe on issues relating to Waco, the militia in the United States and Heavensgate.
