Molloy, John Fitzgerald
John Fitzgerald Molloy is a lawyer from Tucson, Arizona who was elected to the Superior Court bench where he served seven years as both a juvenile court judge and trial bench judge. Then he was elected to the Court of Appeals for the State of Arizona, where he served as Chief Justice and where he authored over 300 appellate opinions. Judge Molloy wrote the final Miranda decision for the Arizona Supreme Court and has been president of the Arizona Judge's Association.
After 12 years he returned to private practice and became the president of the largest law firm in southern Arizona.
Judge Molloy is now acting as the corporate secretary and an author for the National Law Center for InterAmerican Free Trade.
